This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. The chef our waiter and everyone made sure we were taken care of! If you want a spectacular stay then stay at this wonderful hotel!

Staff is so hardworking and friendly. The friendliest experience so far in Switzerland when it comes to staff interaction. Room service breakfast and pool was top of the line.

"Great breakfast. Dinner expensive. The hotel has been undergoing renovations since 2024 and there is still a fair bit to do. Because of scaffolding a lot of the balconies and windows are locked shut. There is no air conditioning. Luckily we changed to a room that had opening windows and balcony. ..."
