「On arriving I was the outside appearance was a bit of a shock and I doubted wether as a single female traveller to stay there was some rooms where the curtains in the windows was torn down , broken chair outside , some of the other guests was outside let's just say was enjoying a few pints etc but I gave it a benefit of the doubt and went and checked in so I could see what the room was like before making a disision wether to not stay. 「I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process」

「I had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Mark was an excellent host. The breakfast was superb and the rooms are immaculate. The location is very peaceful with safe parking for vans etc. There are 2 good pubs local for evening meals etc. Overall a fantastic place and I will definitely return.」

「Had to call the manager to get keycodes to get into rooms. Why wasnt this sent in a separate message ??? Front door on second day had a broken lock so was left open with no front desk. Bed was well used, too soft. Electric shower was OK, but who has these now, should be mains fed. Room was eclectic Parisian theme....if the bed was more comfortable would come back (maybe) , but property as a whole felt like an HMO. and access to it was from the rear , not easy to find.」
