"A privilege to stay over at this castle the former Hussar barracks. We enjoyed the beautiful room facing the pond. Slept like larks thanks to a frog concert. Regarding diner on our first night: frugal and unimaginative. On the contrary breakfast the other morning was lavish. "

We felt very welcomed by the wonderful staff, from personally showing us to our room to the restaurant staff going out of their way to ensure my wife had one more schnitzel before leaving Germany. "Everyone there is pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were a generous size and spotlessly clean. I thought I wanted a coffee maker in the room but the coffee in the bar is so good this didn't matter. One can sit outside and take in the atmosphere by the village pond. We'll be back."
