It was an overall great experience. The staff were really friendly and professional. Other than the road leading to the hotel, their facility was good, and housekeeping was good too.

Staff was excellent, very accommodating. The rooms are in need of repairs. Rooms had to be changed due to mold and offensive smell. They say that it is all inclusive, but it only includes breakfast.

This place has a ways to go. The food takes way too long to be prepared. The spa is non existent. The buildings are in need of a deep clean and construction upgrades. Drinks are weak.

Let's start with the ride, that should have been the FIRST sign, the roads are HORRIBLE! The hotel concept will be good when fully executed, the room design is not good, the AC doesn't work, the rooms are moldy, don't book this hotel, give them another 5 years, I WANT A REFUND, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!!!

The road leading to the place is very terrible. Honestly if you asked me, not worth the trip. Tho the service was great;( special recognition to Priscilla for her great customer service) I regretted going there, especially coming from where I came from. Had to deal with the ac water dripping on us through out when we lay in bed. They did offer to change the room but there was no point because we were scheduled to leave anyway.

The property had a very friendly staff and it was clean. However, the property is advertised as an All Inclusive resort on the Expedia app but is not an All Inclusive resort as most people understand those words to mean. We were informed when we arrived that the All Inclusive has nothing to do with food or drinks just with "activities". I paid extra for "all inclusive" when I got there only to find out later that this extra payment still didn't include Cokes, Beer, or other alcoholic drinks. The All Inclusive I added on was for the basic food on the menu, water, coffee and juices. Please be aware that what you are booking on this app does NOT include unlimited food and drinks!

The phone in the room didn’t work. The tv was fussy with lines running through it. We told them about it they never fixed it. The WiFi had only 10 channels. Nothing worth looking at. The food didn’t taste good that we ordered and not many selections. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. We booked for three days but only stayed one. We just took our loses. Never again!
