My stay was more than pleasant, staff was attentive and very polite specially Deepak was my rock. I had an injury to my hand he went above and beyond to help me through my stay even helped me carry gifts to my team. I would return every year for sure

Taj West End more than lived up to my expectations. As a Bangalorean who has now relocated, it was wonderful to return and stay somewhere that still feels so welcoming and familiar. Mohammed at the concierge was exceptionally warm and helpful. He arranged a car for me within just a few minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The restaurant team were equally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Suraj and Sachin looked after us during our entire stay and were consistently friendly and attentive. Even the trainee was extremely hospitable and made us feel very well looked after. The combination of the beautiful setting, warm hospitality and genuinely attentive staff made our stay particularly special. I would highly recommend Taj West End to anyone visiting Bengaluru, and I would certainly stay here again.
