Located a few minutes walk from Part-Dieu metro station and to the main train station, on the 2nd floor (with an elevator), close to all amenities and shops.

This nice 19 m² apartment comes with a living room with a nice comfortable 140*190 bed, a 2 persons dining table, an HD TV and a fully equipped little kitchen.

You will also enjoy a nice bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine is available too.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included.
Free WIFI available.

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartmen's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
