Located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access and underground parking, it's close to Lyon 3 University, BSB, the Sciences-U Campus, HEH, and 2 km from the Faculty of Medicine and Grange Blanche.

Its tranquility, amenities, and location make it an ideal apartment.
