I have stayed at different Appartcity locations in the past and enjoyed them. I was suprised at the run-down condition of this one and the lack of basic kitchen stuff. Cutting board and knife? Salt maybe? Lots of furniture in shoddy shape and lots of weird brown splotches on the wall (dead bugs?). The bed was weirdly uncomfortable - super hard foam, hard enough to cut off circulation in my arms, which slowly sunk over the night to end up being both way too soft and still super hard. Otherwise, location was good, staff was nice, and it was ok for a basic stay.

No one on reception to meet us. Reception shut. Not obvious that you had to let reception know if you were arriving late- didn’t think 8pm was late! Didn’t receive an email with how to book in and get onto the property once reception was closed. Security man was as helpful as he could be with his limited English. Phone numbers on display in reception would not work with my English mobile. However room itself was comfortable- though very hot and with no kettle sadly.

Kitchen needs more small pans and cooking pots. The 2 provided could not even sit together on the hot plate. They were too large! Vern annoying. A dish drying towel and dish washing cloth should be provided and was not. I myself purchased to keep the the kitchen sanitary. The first shower, water ran out on to the floor because the drain was not maintained. Towels were needed to prevent a flood! After contacting management the problem was resolved. Thank you.

Jute une nuit en famille, face à la gare (bruyant). Propreté et état général assez moyen, plus de savon dans la douche, interrupteurs aux fonctionnements douteux, écoulements presque bouchés et nauséabond, réfrigérateur inondée, non climatisé et juste un ventilateur pour 2 chambre. Sinon la literie est propre et correct, l'accueil sympathique, le parking souterrain pratique.

Il faisait très chaud cet été dans cet appartement situé au 5eme étage. Nous avons ouvert les fenêtres la nuit, mais malheureusement, le bâtiment se trouve en face d'une gare... Il est par contre bien situé et permet de visiter la ville avec la station de métro Vaise à 5 ou 6 min à pieds.

Un ventilateur qui faisait réellement trop de bruit Une chaleur extrême à l entrée dans la chambre (les volets etaient ouverts au max) La chaise sale Les oreillers avaient une odeur terrible, j ai pas osé dormir sous les draps Lumières du miroir de la sdb ne fonctionnaient plus Le lavabo de la sdb bouché Mettre des sachets de thé à dispo sans bouilloire, mettre une machine à café filtre n aide pas sans filtre ou sans café !

Un séjour pratique conforme à notre attente.

Nous avons séjourné à l'appart City pour des raisons pratiques et de proximité avec nos enfants. La résidence est très correcte pour le niveau de prix. La chambre était prête et propre. L'information préalable satisfaisante. Au regard des critiques précédentes, nous étions un peu inquiets mais le séjour s'est très bien passé. Bien entendu, si vous souhaitez un séjour avec plus de charme, il est préférable de prendre un hôtel trois ou quatre étoiles à Saint Jean.

Die Unterkunft hat ausreichend Platz. Viel Stauraum durch Einbauschränke. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es leider nicht. Sie liegt direkt am Bahnhof und ist daher bei offenem Fenster recht laut, wenn Züge vorbei fahren. In dem Apartment waren eine spuren der Vorgänger zu sehen, sprich es wurde nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Trotz vorheriger Info, dass wir mit 4 Personen anreisen, gab es nur 1/4 Rolle Toilettenpapier, was bei der Anreise am Abend sehr ungünstig war.
