「Came to the hotel and met Raul at the front desk who went above and beyond to help get accommodations and feel comfortable while we were exhausted. Unannounced to him, my wife and our child just spent the day at the ER Children’s Hospital in Seattle. All Raul knew was that it was my wife’s Birthday.
