「This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. I've been travelling five months through South America and Europe and this hotel was the BEST one I've stayed in. They bend over backwards to serve you and to make you comfortable. It was wonderful. 「It is located at the edge of the Valley of the Kings. There is an unobstructed and wonderful view of the mountains. The entry area is spacious and decorated nicely. The rooms have high ceilings and are equiped with fans or A/C units and have good bath and kitchen areas. The residential area is teaming with the life of Luxor and you are enveloped by the sounds for the call to prayer throughout the day and evening. Being there is an enriching experience. 」

「I recently stayed alone for 3 nights. I was very satisfied with the hotel staff's response, room, and food. The location was on the west bank of the Nile River, so it was easy to access places like the Valley of the Kings, and unlike the east bank, it was quiet and comfortable. You will need a taxi to get around, but the hotel staff was very kind, so there was no problem.
