"It’s very confusing and impersonal to have self check in kiosks now without any staff helping to navigate the system and then you have to go to a separate kiosk and use a QR code to get your key again without any staff to assist. The bathroom was outdated and not super clean looking."

"Honestly, this hotel is nothing like what is being advertised online. teh lazy river was the only his was okay. The main pool so many sections closed. teh bar has the worst drinks. Its okay but for the price not worth it. Personally i wouldn't book this hotel again."
