Very nice staff

Very good location. Right off the tram. Easy to get into the old town and sea front; it was clean, comfortable and easy.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and many attractions, making it very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was clean. The downside is that the rooms are quite dated, and the carpets throughout the hotel had a noticeable odor that could definitely use attention. The biggest concern for me was that the room opened onto a shared balcony accessible to all the rooms on our floor. From a privacy and safety standpoint, I wasn’t comfortable with that setup. Despite those drawbacks, the excellent location, cleanliness, and kind staff made for a pleasant stay. With some updates to the rooms and carpets, and improvements to the shared balcony setup, this hotel would be an even better choice.
