「Great owners and staff」

「This is my fifth trip to Freetown, but my first staying here. It is far and away the best hotel I've stayed in. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but it was worth the extra cost. The staff were attentive and courteous. The menu was extensive and the food was fabulous. The room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. 」

「I always stay at the Atlantic Lumley when I arrive in Freetown. It's always just for one night on either end of my trip. On the ten occasions I have stayed here, I found it to be an excellent choice of hotel. 」

「Very neat and good manager with refairly responsive team, though restaurant and some front desk staff requires further training on effective communication. 」

Just so you know am talking about the breakfasts in the apartment, room service. 」

「シャワーヘッドを清掃時にこわしても、そのままで２度もレセプションに修繕をお願いしても何もしてくれず、3度目でようやく対応された。またチェックアウトをお願いしたときも、あとから来たチェックインのお客を優先し、10分程度待たされた。レセプションの対応にがっかりした。」

「Few staff members can speak English. No reply to emails. Even though my schedule was extended, the room key suddenly stopped working. The restaurant is expensive.」

「It was wonderful to be back in Sierra Leone, and given your hotel's reputation, I was excited to stay here. However, I was surprised to find both the hotel and restaurant rather empty. I was also disappointed that the breakfast menu was almost identical for the entire week, perhaps due to the low occupancy. Other hotels in the city, even with fewer options, make an effort to change the menu daily. I was also surprised to be asked for a card charge at checkout, which is something I have not...
