"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own. The room itself was perfect. Clean and spacious with all amenities you could need. Cold water and juice in the fridge,coffee in the morning. The jacuzzi was just great. There is also a pool outside which you can enjoy in a very well maintained...

"Typical antique Sardinian house. Great new beds and new electric domesticals as fridge, dishwasher and washingmachine. The courtyard was an amazing place to eat outside in mornings and evenings. Great restaurant just beside the door and market at 25 meters. We were welcomed by Sandra who is a travel leader and knows the region really well so she could answer any our questions. Si trova in posizione centrale nel paese di San Sperate, che consiglio di visitare. Da migliorare il materasso del divano letto (mio figlio teenager ha dormito lì e lo ha trovato scomodo). Grazie."

"Pros: Nächster größerer Ort in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Netter unkomplizierter Vermieter. Sauberes Bad. Cons: Sauberkeit in der Küche, hauptsächlich in den Schränken. Mückenschutz am Fenster im Bad kaputt. Das Nebengebäude (zweite Küche, Grillstelle) ist eher eine schmuddelige Abstellkammer. Je nach Windrichtung hört man die Straße recht laut."

"Rooms very basic - only 1 plug in room for tv behind furniture so not easy for charging. Reception staff were just ok - wouldn't let us use outdoor pool at 8.10pm after arrival in motorbike gear in 33° - which would have been a godsend (closed 10 mins prior). Was main reason we booked this place. The restaurant was good - excellent pizza and good prices."

"We enjoyed our stay, excellent value for money, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, delicious evening meal ( you need to book ahead) with very local home made specialties that were very welcome after eating restaurant food for a week. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating including with my food intolerances. Hotel is well located to enjoy the cultural attractions nearby. I would have liked a mini fridge and a bigger shower but would happily stay here again. "
