"functional property but well situated. Instructions wernt clear on check in.Booked high chair we had to further request on arrival.Cobwebs on lights and a fair bit of dust under beds, bathrooms were clean. Broken glass in dishwasher. Bedding supplied but well used. Kitchen well equipped although no instructions to work anything so trial and error. It would suit 10 adults plus kids. The sofa area isnt very comfortable or able to accommodate 10 adults. heating went on at 2.00 am and off around 10am so felt cold on top and basement floor in evening.nothing is provided (eg 1 loo roll to start off) and if wanted to do our own clean at end of week - the vacuum cleaner/floor mop were not adequate (used both in week) - all old/well used. Tumble Dryer very handy though."

"We stayed here for February half term as a group of 14 (four families) and the house was genuinely perfect in every way. It’s one of those rare places that looks great in the listing but is even better in real life.The layout worked brilliantly for a large mixed group — plenty of space to spread out, comfortable communal areas for meals and evenings together, and everything felt well thought-out and well equipped. The property was spotless on arrival and clearly cared for, which made it feel immediately welcoming.Location-wise, it couldn’t have suited us better. Montgenèvre is a fantastic town — friendly, easy to get around, and ideal for families — and the skiing was excellent. It was exactly what we wanted for a half-term trip: great atmosphere, great slopes, and a really straightforward week logistically.A special mention for Serge the owner and their agent, GoMontgenèvre — they were incredibly responsive throughout, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. That level of communication makes a huge difference with a large group and gave us total confidence from start to finish.We had an amazing week and would book again without hesitation. Highly recommended for large family groups looking for an easy, high-quality stay in a great resort."

"Raymond's chalet was amazing. A wonderful location right next to the slopes. True ski-in ski-out. Our group was 17 people and it accommodated us perfectly. It's really well kitted out for large groups with a great communal area. Raymond was really helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative. Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. Cleaning crew is missing pieces here and there, and frankly don’t seem to care, otherwise, they would have reported shower curtain covered in mold. Sauna is overloaded with dirty towels. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so till the basics are fixed at the place, you might want to consider skipping it. "
