Located just 5 metres from the edge of the forest and 4.4 kilometres from the shores of Lake Lugano, the property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, immersed in the tranquillity of the Swiss countryside. Guests benefit from access to a shared angular heated swimming pool measuring 12 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 154 to 160 centimetres, available seasonally from 19 April to 25 October. High-speed Internet Wifi keeps you connected throughout your stay, while convenient parking is available directly at the house, accessible via a mountain road. A shared washing machine is also available within the building, and central heating ensures year-round comfort.

This charming vacation rental is a fully renovated 1-room apartment of 35 m², situated on the first floor, accommodating a maximum of 3 guests, including 2 adults and 1 child. The apartment was comprehensively renovated in 2021 and features tasteful, high-quality furnishings throughout its bright and spacious interior. The heart of the apartment is a large open living and sleeping room, which is thoughtfully arranged to provide both comfort and functionality. This space includes 1 sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring restful nights for all guests. The apartment offers 1 bathroom, configured as a shower and WC. An open kitchen is located in the entrance area and is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Direct access from the apartment leads to the garden, a terrace, and a patio. The large terrace is partly roofed and furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the resort.
