"Only reason for stopping at 4 stars is the fact that the hotel does not have an elevator to access the 3-4 stories of the hotel. I am in a wheelchair and that caused a pretty big problem for me. "Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."
