"Sauna advertising misleading, there was only limited sauna availability and it was needed to book unlike normal hotel where you just go to sauna on its opening hours. Having sauna was the only reason to book the locale. There is no staff support in evening, no way to contact a person in case of issues. Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

Could smell smoke from smoking guests. On small fan after 3 calls. Left in 2 hours and refusing to refund our additional 3 nights, 2 rooms. Still working to settle this"

"Keurig appartement in het souterrain.Helaas geen wifi. Op de fiets ben je in een kleine 10 min in het centrum van Uberlingen, wat een knus, sfeervol dorp is met een gezellige promenade met veel groen en bloemen. Het heeft een mooi parkje in het centrum. Op verschillende plekken erg mooie gelegenheden om te zwemmen, met grote grasvelden om te zonnen en te eten. Super fijn! Denk wel aan je zwemschoenen ivm de stenen en de schelpen in het water.Vanuit het appartement kun je de fietsroute volgen...

"Wir haben unsere Wohnung über Fewo-Direkt gebucht. Da wurde uns eine sehr schöne Unterkunft vermittelt. Dass es sich dabei um Hotel handelte erfuhren wir dann erst vor Ort. Auch betraten wir erst mal eine leere Lobby, ein sehr gehetzter, Italienischer Hausmann stöhnte im Obergeschoss, anscheinend unser Check-In service. In Gebrochenem Deutsch fragte er uns welches Zimmer wir gebucht haben und wie unser Code lautet. Informationen die die Agentur leider versäumte uns zukommen zu lassen, geschweige...

Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!"

"Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und 5 Teenager angereist. Das Haus bestand aus mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Auf der Internetseite für eine Wohnung waren viele Bilder von allen Ferienwohnungen des Hauses eingestellt. Es war nicht ersichtlich wieviel Zimmer eine Ferienwohnung hatte. Wir vermuteten, dass einzelne Zimmer flexibel dazugenommen werden. Dies war leider ein Irrtum. Es waren nur 2 Zimmer plus eine Ausziehcauch für 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer, durch das jeder der zum Badezimmer/Toilette wollte...

"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."

"The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. "
