「Disappointed with this venue after reading so many good reviews. Overall it looks dated and rather tired but the setting is beautiful and the staff were very pleasant. The food was very good and we enjoyed the tastes and textures the chef put together」

「Disappointing all round. Room tired and shabby, plus not thoroughly cleaned. Spa showing its age (eg not all pool jets working). 30 min spa massage was actually closer to 20 mins. Emailed final bill included a “optional” service charge that could not be declined I.e not optional. 」
