The night desk clerk that checked us in needs to work on her customer service skills, no welcome words, no smile, no is there anything else I can help you with, no directions on where to park or where our room was located. Its an old hotel but they do try hard keep it clean. Hot tub was broken, resort private beach only had 4 lounge chairs and tables . Staff at check out front desk had no personality front desk on check out... Hotel is close to everything most definitely need a new entrance sign drove by it several times.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless from the moment we walked in — fresh linens, no dust, and the bathroom was immaculate. Clearly well-maintained by housekeeping. Staff: Everyone we interacted with was warm and genuinely helpful, from check-in to daily housekeeping. They were quick to answer questions and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Hot tub: A definite highlight. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Worth booking a room with access to it if you can. Balcony: The private balcony was a wonderful bonus — great for morning coffee or evening drinks with a view. It made the room feel more spacious and gave us a nice outdoor space without leaving the property. Tip for future guests: If a hot tub and balcony matter to you, double-check room categories when booking, since not all rooms include both.
