Great place, location & amenities

Tons of outdoor area, a comfy living room and 2 bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Kitchen stocked with enough to make meals if thats your thing. Clean throughout, comfortable beds, great sunset views over the water.

Beautiful cottage convenient and comfortable

We have a family of four and we found our stay very comfortable. We had plenty space, made ourselves a nice dinner and really enjoyed our sleep and stay close to the Lake and many beaches and activities. Wish we could stay longer. Highly recommend this place.

A nice place for a small family to stay. Good location for Hamlin lake and lake Michigan. We had a little issue when we first got to the rental but the owner came out quickly and did everything he could to remedy the problem.

Quaint lake cottage, great location

Clean, quaint lake cottage. Had all amenities we needed. Wish we had time to stay longer and explore the area more, but this was a great landing spot for local salmon fishing AND making a college visit/game for a few days. Check in and out was a breeze. Thank you!

Great location and view of Lake Hamlin. Quick ride to Ludington. Mattresses were comfortable. Had an issue with hot water in kitchen that was resolved quickly.

Cozy Cottage

My friend and I stayed at the cottage for an overnighter on our way down to Holland, Michigan. The cottage is clean, adorable and well-maintained. We enjoyed the deck and the views of the lake across the street. We even had an Eagle come and visit us! We are definitely going to be staying here again.

Cutest lake house

I stayed here with family to go fishing in Ludington for the weekend. This home had all the essentials and it was just a quick drive to the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the patio was the cherry on top. Daryl was very accommodating and communicative. We look forward to staying here next year!

Beautiful view of lake Hamlin, close to downtown Ludington and the state park. Cozy cabin, but not much privacy inside the house. You have to walk through bedrooms to access the bathroom. Check in and out was very easy. We had a lovely weekend!

Hamlin Lake

Easy access. Cabin was clean and cozy. Spent most of our time outside on the deck looking at the lake. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Our only problem was the oven didn’t work. We all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Mother Daughter getaway

This little yellow house was a welcomed retreat to me and my 80 year old (very active!) mom. The location on Hamlin Lake is ideal. Quick drive into Ludington for food, shopping, walking. Across the lake is the Ludington State Park, which is lovely. Try to find the Lost Lake Loop trail- it’s a beautiful hike! Ludington locals were the friendliest peeps I’ve ever met! We had a wonderful time, and will return in the future. Thank you!

For some reason didn’t receive check in information until I had to call VRBO at time of check in and get info. Otherwise, it was a rustic cabin across the street from Hamlin. Clean and quiet. Owner was accommodating to allow me to stay additional night. No concerns

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property! It was peaceful and quiet but close to anywhere you needed to go. We enjoyed the fire pit on a chilly night and took long walks along the water front. We used the binder with recommendations for restaurants which was very helpful. Overall it was a great weekend trip!
