Absolutely amazing place! Our whole family enjoyed our stay. Stuff is friendly and helpful, food was great at restaurant. Please book time with a dogs ahead and definitely recommend to pay for the SPA only $15 a person. Lucy speaks English well and super nice and knowledgeable about the dogs. Really recommend

On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. The hotel staff were fantastic and super helpful. The bed in room 8 was comfy! The best amenity was the spa facility and the breakfast was super nice too. Many thanks for the dinner recommendation too to the Sagibeiz local restaurant as the food there was very good! The train to and from Zurich was very easy too.

Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend.

The room was remodeled, and the hotel management took great care in selecting the furniture! I have a rather nice bed at home, but this new bed in the ski lodge was the best bed I have ever slept on! Just glorious night of sleep… and the resultant manger was spot on… his staff was flawless and kind, the food was flavorful and delightful.
