この季節、クーラーがあって快適。朝食も美味しかったです。部屋にはエスプレッソも作れるコーヒーメーカーがあり、助かりました。 部屋の掃除は、テイッシュの補給がしてなかったり、で今一つでしたが、総じて快適でした。とにかくルツェルンは物価高ですから、宿泊費も高かった。でも、ルツェルンは夏は暑いのでエアコンがあって本当に良かったです。ルツェルン駅から徒歩10分以内で便利でした。

Noisy until mid-night
Unfortunately my allocated room on the 2nd floor seemed just above the area of restaurant terrace(?). It's noisy until past 2AM by the people enjoying through the night. Hope should have been allocated another room.

It was so nice to stay. but they did not bring a small towel which I asked for. The service is not perfect like in Japan.

We stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed it so much. The staff was great, the room was clean, and it’s very conveniently located. The only thing I wished was there was an easier way to fill up our water bottles. Regardless, I definitely recommend staying here!

Supposed to have unit dose coffee cubes every day. Most of the days, out of 8 days stay, has no replenishment. Need to call front desk to get.

Location is excellent for visiting Lucerne, 5 minute walk from the old town and train station. Has a luxury bar at the top of the building if you’d like a cool place to drink in the evening. Only critique would be the bathroom had no toilet door which looks amazing but practically isn’t the best for privacy. All in all a great place to stay, staff were very friendly.

It was very noisy since there were groupnof tourist maling noice at night and early in the morning not a good sleep because of this. Everything else perfect

The pictures make the room look bigger than it is. It was very small to move around. But it was very clean. Loved that its walkable. Beds were hard but still somewhat comfortable.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel
Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Sehr schönes Hotel in Mitten der Altstadt Luzern. Die Lounge im siebten Stock ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren unter der Woche dort, war nicht viel los, daher ein unvergesslicher Abend. Das Frühstück ist inklusive im Preis. Sehr umfangreiches Buffet, nur der Lachs fehlte. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.

Il parcheggio interno al costo di 45 sfr. per meno di 24 hrs .

Die Zimmer und vorallem das Badezimmer sehr klein. Für grosse Menschen schwierig. Das Frühstück eher lieblos. Käseauswahl für die Schweiz schrecklich. Ort des Frühstücks erinnert an ein modernes Bahnhofs WC im Keller! Da waren wir enttäuscht .Die Mitarbeiter*innen jedoch waren sehr nett und herzig.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was well stocked and the offerings were good not great. The hotel was a short walk from the water, town and train station. There were several restaurants close by and a nice rooftop bar. I’m not sure the hotel was worth the higher cost because nothing made it stand out from any other hotel.

Worst hotel in Europe
ACs in the room don’t work - it’s terribly hot. Hotel staff are unable to fix the problem. The ladies in the breakfast room don’t let you dine peacefully, they come to your table every 3 mins asking to clear the plate as if they have some target to get rid of guests as soon as possible. Vegetarians, please note there are no options besides fruits and one eggless bread. They don’t even keep hash browns or mashed potatoes or varieties of cheese - they only have eggs and some meat. On day 1, no housekeeping came in the room inspite of leaving the cleaning sign in front of the door. On the day of checkout, they completely invaded our privacy and since 8 am, entered our room 4 times without our consent and without us putting a sign to clean the room. Even a 1 star hotel wouldn’t do that and imagine a 4 star doing it. Housekeeping lady showed no sign of being sorry and continued to enter the room after just one knock and no reply from us. I can understand this if it was 12 PM but definitely not 8 am when guests are on holiday!!
