Maria and Nadia were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast offered many choices. Nadia’s homemade breakfast cakes were delicious. A great place to stay just outside the walled historic city of Lucca.

Wonderful, unique B & B in Lucca.

This small B and B (5 rooms) is very beautiful and the decor is artistic and elegant. So much attention to detail. My bed was so comfortable, and the shower great. I enjoyed sitting the garden when I arrived for a glass of wine and snack. It's about a five minute walk to Santa Maria gate to Centro. Maria, the owner, and Nadia, her assistant, were welcoming and attentive.

The hotel rooms were very data, out of data plugs sockets, rooms were not the same as the description and photos on expedia. Asked Expedia for a refund as soon as I arrived and was told it will take 72 hrs to resolve which is the total number of days the trips was booked for so, not helpful at all. Terrible stay, do not recommend this hotel

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein. Man konnte den Koffer nur unters Bett schieben um Platz zu bekommen. Es waren viel zu wenig Möglichkeiten um Kleidung aufzuhängen. Es entsprech nicht den Versprechungen im Internet: Das Zentrum war viel weier entfernt als angegeben.

Dit verblijf is in een woord top. Simpele incheck, aardig personeel, een prima ontbijt, en een bijzonder ridderlijk ingerichte kamer ( we hadden wel de grootste). Het gebruik van de tuin was erg fijn, we mochten er ook onze fietsen parkeren, tot slot het mooie centrum van Lucca is op loopafstand van het verblijf. In een woord, een aanrader!

Mauvaise expérience !

L’accueil a été inexistant. Nous avons dû communiquer par sms pour obtenir les codes d’entrée et d’accès à la chambre. Celle ci n’étant pas nettoyée on nous en a proposé une autre, toujours par sms. Le lendemain, il n’y avait toujours personne et le petit déjeuner n’était pas prévu. Après une nouvelle communication (par sms), on nous répondu que le petit déjeuner n’était pas assuré à cette époque, alors qu’il était compris dans le tarif. Nous avons quitté cet hôtel « fantôme » sans qu’aucune vérification d’identité n’ait été effectuée et sans avoir vu un seul membre du personnel.Est-ce bien légal ?

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Badewanne im Zimmer, ein nettes Detail bei verregnetem Lucca Besuch..leider war der Abfluss nicht dicht .. was den Entspannungseffekt in kurzer Zeit zu nicht macht.. TV funktionierte auch nicht, angekündigter Service kam nicht. Was mich aber am meisten geärgert hat war, dass ich auf der Rechnung feststellen musste, dass der Cappuccino zum enthaltenen Frühstücksbuffet mit 2,50€ pro Tasse in Rechnung gestellt wurde.. das fand ich bei dem Übernachtungspreis frech.
