Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a decent size. Location was great for walking into the city and there was a nearby grocery store (Lidl). We had to leave early unexpectedly so we didn't get to try the breakfast but I'm sure it would have been wonderful. Overall a great place to stay and we wouldn't definitely return if/when we come back to Lucca!

Good value for money!!!

Good place to stay for family with good breakfast, easy walks to Lidl for convenience, into Lucca city for food and a walkabout. Parking is convenient in the courtyard. Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Absolutely value for money and central if you want to do day trips to Pisa and Florence. The train station is 15 mins walk away. Daniel and Gabriel are good hosts and personable. 5* highly recommend. Value for money for a family of 4 for 3 nights.

We've had a wonderful stay at Ai Cipressi, we can't recommend it enough. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need and very clean. We have really enjoyed our stay here. Less than a 10 minute walk to inside the city walls, or to the train station for direct trains to Pisa and Florence. Nothing is too much for Gabriel and team, we have felt really welcome. We stayed in inter-connecting ground floor triple rooms with our two children, one is a wheelchair user. We had a profiling bed delivered which was set up on arrival. Breakfast was super, and we had breakfast table on the ground floor area each day. Gabriel and team, grazie mille. Paul, Fee, Arthur and Willow x

Buen lugar y mejor localidad

El servicio es Excelente, Gabrielle todo el tiempo dispuesto a ayudar y dar recomendaciones. Muy limpio, con estacionamiento, buen desayuno y cerca de la ciudad histórica de Lucca caminando. La pasteria que está al lado es riquísima.

Prenotato per la vicinanza al Lido Camaiore per assistere ad un concerto ma, tornando indietro, mi fermerei una notte in più per visitare Lucca. Location comodo e vicino alle mura, personale gentile e colazione buona.

Ottima la posizione e molto gentile e disponibile il personale, ma purtroppo sia la pulizia della stanza(specialmente del bagno) che la colazione mi hanno lasciata molto delusa. Spero che queste carenze siano dovute al fatto che dal giorno dopo la struttura chiudeva per ferie, ma non posso nascondere che la cosa mi ha amareggiata.

Ich kann die sehr guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. I Cipressi ist eine sehr einfache Unterkunft....wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, das wohl nur vergeben wird, wenn das Haus ausgebucht ist. Wir nutzten es nur für das Übernachten.. Aber die Sauberkeit war sehr gut, ebenso die Betten

Excelente hospedagem. Os irmãos que gerenciam o hotel são muitos simpáticos. Gabriel (me desculpe se escrevi errado) nos deu boas recomendações, além de ser muito atencioso e amigável. O quarto bem limpo, confortável e espaçoso, café da manhã bom, variedade e qualidade. Passando por Lucca, com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente.
