TONS of space for entertaining & your comfort! PRIVACY CURTAINS throughout the house & PRIVACY CURTAINS in the HOT TUB AREA for your convenience. Outdoor grill, fire pit & corn hole are there for all guests to fully enjoy!! Wireless internet is fully provided along with TWO work spaces for your needed office work. This home is only MINUTES from TEXAS TECH, LUBBOCK CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY, all hospitals, shopping and restaurants. This QUIET neighborhood is well suited to give our guests all the privacy they need, without any of the loud noisy events and parties that are normally associated with may other places.
