The motel was in terrible shape as the grounds were littered with trash and the facade itself was broken in numerous areas. The interior was dilapidated as well. The carpet had large unknown stains and the smell was unpleasant. There were several sketchy individuals, as well, and the smell of marijuana was strong. We asked to see the room before we checked in and we were horrified. There were bugs in the bathroom, the counter was falling away from the wall, the Kleenex box was missing. The beds were made in a sloppy manner with just sheets and blanket that looked rather sketchy. The only staff that we encountered was wonderful and professional. We told her we could not stay, she was very understanding and advised my husband and me that we would have to contact Expedia to officially cancel. This motel is not in a any shape to host travelers.

Because I was in flight my reservation was canceled. No text or email no warning. I got there at midnight and was told I could book another room for the next day at standard prices. I just got a different hotel. After hearing what I went through the new hotel gave me a room at discount. That's called customer service!

Use the pools are gross and nasty and scum-e and like green stuff floating on the top I think it was like algae and a really strong urine smell the hot tub had a used condom floating on top which was just awful the lobby area was a disaster dust everywhere floors were sticky and the rooms were not cleaned very well I believe some of the housekeepers were going into rooms and stealing stuff because I had money coming up missing from the room I'm thinking about pressing charges but I don't think it's worth it and oh the mattresses were lumpy and they had urine stains on them

It was loud at the pool the walls are not sound proof u can hear everything everywhere they had no face towels at all it smelled horrible in the halls and in the room u can hear dogs barking all night. No breakfast the bar is just as bad!! Was not happy at all Horrible stay
