We enjoyed the stay since there was ample parking available. The rooms had adequate lighting in the room. We were close to family and shopping was a breeze! We had everything close by to enjoy!

Only concern was the bath tub. It was older and the stopper was pretty well used. Room was great. Beds comfortable.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Had to call front desk at 12am and again at 1:30am bc the people above me were having a party I could hear above the a/c running.

Best place to stay in Lubbock
We travel to Lubbock multiple times per year and we will only stay at this Hilton Garden Inn location because of how clean, professional, and friendly this place is! We look forward to our next trip later this year!

Please accept our most sincere apologies! We had a fire sprinkler burst due to the drastic temperature drop this past week. The numerous fans in the lobby were noisy, we agree; though they were a necessity for drying out all of the carpet and wood that were drenched by the sprinkler. We are back in full working order now and hope you'll visit us again soon so we can show you a much quieter, more enjoyable stay!!

Awesome night’s stay on the way home to Houston. Large junior suite is amazing! Full size fridge and two tvs! Perfect for our child. Would stay here again for sure!

Awesome hotel after a long day of driving. Staff was super nice and the place is sparkling and new. The manager even comped us breakfast which we are looking forward to. Great stay!

Excellent property and very well maintained. Ryan at front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommended.
