Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

Tech Terrace is a trendy neighborhood that's within walking distance to the south side of Texas Tech. Many of the homes have been or are going through extensive remodels to meet the demand for professionals, professors, and students who desire to live near campus.

One of the neighborhood parks is just down the block from our house. The park has a walking track along with tennis courts.

A fun shopping center is about 2 blocks from the house. It includes a neighborhood grocery store, coffee shop, tea room, pizza restaurant, as well as several stores.
