Rest, relax, and enjoy time with friends and family in our 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with an open kitchen & living room. This is a great location in Lubbock. Walking distance to Texas Tech and a few blocks from the shops in Tech Terrace make this the perfect spot for any trip to town. This beautiful home features a luxurious king master suite, a spacious king in the 2nd bedroom, and a comfortable queen in the 3rd bedroom. Each room is equipped with a smart tv, Hulu Live & fast WiFi!

This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Our goal was to make this home feel like an upscale hotel with the comforts of home. Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens, comfortable seating, closet space, a luggage rack, and a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open, making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.

This property is next door to the Heart of Tech Terrace, which is a beautiful 3/2. Message me about booking both homes together.

Tech Terrace is a trendy neighborhood that's within walking distance to the south side of Texas Tech. Many of the homes have been or are going through extensive remodels to meet the demand for professionals, professors, and students who desire to live near campus.

One of the neighborhood parks is just down the block from our house. The park has a walking track along with tennis courts.

This little cottage was a perfect for our needs. We went to TX Tech for a high school track meet. It was close to campus, restaurants and coffee shops. The house was comfortable and Trent was great throughout the process. Thank you letting us stay!

My husband and I stayed with out 2 kids and it was such a great stay! We had plenty of space and not to mention the space was super cute! The updates to the house are beautiful! Perfect for my husband and I, our baby, and my aunt who came along to watch baby while we were at a wedding. Whole interior is re-done and looks great. Master suite was huge. Beds were comfortable. One small issue was the hot water was extremely hot, we had to be careful when turning the faucets to hot not to burn ourselves. Probably could be easily fixed but we did not ask because it was a short stay.

This was a modern, clean, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to TTU. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and I'm very fussy. We had one occasion to call the owner on a very minor matter and he replied quickly. The house was true to its description and was perfect for our needs. Thank you!
