The space
The house is a very comfortable and spacious 1,280 square foot three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with plush carpet in bedrooms and vinyl floors in all common areas and bathrooms.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with newer appliances, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker stocked with coffee. Various teas, sugar, spices, and powdered creamer are also provided when available.
AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.
PARKING: Available on the street in front of the house or on the side of the house.
WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.
WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience.
TVs: Smart TVs with access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and more. Note: Viewing may require logging in with your own account information.

GARAGE: The garage is being used by the owner for storage and is not included as part of your stay.
NO KEYS, NO HASSLE: The home features a Smart Lock for hassle-free check-in and check-out. On your stay's start date, you'll receive a guest code to unlock the front door.
IMPORTANT: The fireplace is not available for use.
Other things to note
CHECKOUT: Guests are responsible for taking out their trash, collecting and starting the towels in the washer, and washing/putting away used dishes. Please feel free to bring disposable paper goods if you prefer. If you are unwilling to complete checkout tasks, please do not book our property.
