"When we arrived the front desk was so very friedly and helpful. We were so happy when the young lady informed us a shuttle was available immediatley to take us to lake Louise. The pub had excelllent wine by the glass and cocktails. The food in the resturant was amazing. The sceniary was spetacular. All the staff were very friedly and helpful. Our rooms were so comftable and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the real glassware and the compimentary delcious coffee."

"The hotel is located soon after the turn off of for Lake Louise. Our checkin went smoothly and staff were friendly. Our room was in the main hotel the windows were facing the restaurants and pool which was not an ideal view for privacy. The hotel is older and I felt it wasn’t worth the price we paid for our one night stay. We enjoyed our meals at the Legend restaurant. Their service was professional and friendly."

"Property is nice and clean. Good views of the mountains. Unfortunately cabins are 1/2 mile from railroad tracks and we could hear the freight trains as they honked their horns as they approached the road crossing. Yes, freight trains run during the night. 12:30, 2 ish and 5:30AM. If you’re a heavy sleeper may not wake you but it did wake us."

"Best location at Lake Louise! The cabin was perfectly cozy with everything we needed. Although other cabins are close, it was quiet and we rarely saw anyone. Bed and pillows slept wonderfully, fireplace stove was warming, soaking in the claw foot tub with bath salts was relaxing, and they had so many small touches that made the place welcoming. The view from the back deck was beautiful and peaceful. The staff was friendly and amazing with helpful information. They had a great tea selection and being able to borrow bear spray was such a huge help. We walked to the lake on an easy path about 1 mile. Highly recommend staying here."
