「This was a lovely stay that had everything we needed for our little trip in Boulder!」

「We loved our 3 night stay at this great little suite. The area is beautiful with many historic houses and mansions in the surrounding blocks. All the excitement of Coldax is just a block away, 10 mins to Ogden Theatre and 10 minutes to the Red Rocks shuttle stop at Illegal Pete’s. Many great restaurants within 10 min walk from the property, and downtown and the RiNO neighbourhoods are about 35 mins away walking. 「Every single thing about the stay was fantastic. Comfy bed, tons of space, walking distance to great food and groceries and supplies, well-stocked kitchen supplies, super quiet and private, and great communication from the hosts. As with most vacation rentals, you just need to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent ($1.50 for the travel size at Walmart next door), and everything else is there for you. I highly recommend this home!」

「This property was not as advertised. The house on the first photo is the family home (front of the house Norma available to renters-which is misleading) and the rental unit is actually a room at the back of the house with no way to even lock it from the renters side. It is not a studio apartment, rather a room ( with a mini fridge and coffee maker) and bathroom in a house (a mini fridge and coffee maker). 「The house was very nice and enough space for 5 people and had every essential for cooking. The beds are pretty big and so was the couch. Only thing that I would recommend fixing is a bit more improvement in cleanliness, it’s not dirty dirty but under the beds need to be broiled. 」
