You spend lots of money to stay and can’t get room service. Then need to upgrade to more than one washer and one dryer. Thousands of people stay and have to wait to wash clothes only because you have 1/1 wagger and dryer. Overall everything was good"

There were water damage spots on the ceiling in our room. Missing tiles in the bathroom. The grout in the bathroom were very dirty. There were dirt spots on the linens. If we didn’t arrive so late and had more options we wouldn’t have stayed. "
