「This place was a great place to stay for a few days. Big enough for us to spread out in the house and do your own thing but also large enough to all be together and do something as a group. The fast response we got from our host when we were on the premises was outstanding! Watching the deer and turkeys was a highlight. 」

「Location of home is amazing for a get together with friends without being disturbed by others. Back yard is great for relaxing by the fire and listening to the sounds of nature and the water feature. Rooms are large and home is set up nicely for multiple couples. We didn't utilize the river gazebo from the house but did make it a stop for a break during our canoe trip. Highly recommend this home! If we choose Loudonville for next year's water get away, we will stay here again.」

「Clean and roomy, booked for location and separate bedrooms/baths. Quiet stay. Had to fix thermostat ourselves to get the AC working and one of the showers wasn’t usable. Had no water pressure (checked the shutoffs but they looked ok). Pre arrival email mentioned parking pass in lockbox but found only keys. After some back and forth with support just had the license plates for our vehicles reported to office. Support was prompt in contacting property for maintenance issues but no one ever showed....

「Cute little upper loft! Small but yet spacious enough to meet all of your needs!! Location was just what I needed to be close to everything I was looking to do for the short weekend stay! My only negative and it’s really not that bad and not much you can do about it is the shower. Tall step in and out with the curtain rod so low hard to lift high and duck low to get in/out. 「We had a great time at the house. I would highly recommend it! There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable. We especially enjoyed the patio out back! We watched the sunrise with our coffee almost every morning and deer/bunnies too! The backyard was nice and we enjoyed the playset. The kitchen island was great, beds and couches were comfortable.
