"The hotel was in excellent shape. The rooms were great.The amenities were good. There was an incidence and a scare with the elevator.\nWhere the attendant there, that night told us we were not allowed to use it.It was making noises and jumping up-and-down.That was a bit scary , but other than that , everything was great"

"Cabin #7 is not directly on the water, but it's quiet and perfect for 2. The listing says it fits 4, but there is only one bedroom. The mattress is pretty comfortable, but there is no lamp in the bedroom which is frustrating. The kitchen is compact, but sufficient for vacationing. There is even a large pantry for food & supplies. The cabin is in good repair, the bathroom is spacious, and the parking is right in front of the cabin. The beach is just a short walk from the cabin & it is beautiful. The cleaning staff are also amazing. We've had some communication with the new booking agents as of Sept 2026, and they are so much better than before - very friendly. You can now talk with a real person & book directly with them or online. I prefer to work with local businesses when renting a vacation properties so I love the change. However, it would be advantageous to be able to rebook a year ahead."
