Upon entering, you’ll immediately notice the unique style of the accommodation: elegant wooden furniture and decorations, classic vintage armchairs, and retro-style lighting that tell stories of the past, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. Passing through the entrance relaxation area, you’ll reach the fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your favorite dishes independently. From here, you access the bedroom, furnished with a double bed – perfect for comfortably accommodating two people – and a practical wardrobe with doors for neatly storing your clothes. Adjacent to the bedroom, the bathroom features a spacious shower, designed to offer maximum comfort after a day of exploring the area.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment includes a private outdoor parking space in the condominium area.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

The apartment is located in Losone, a quiet municipality in the Locarno area, well served by numerous bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Its strategic location allows you to reach some of the region\'s most fascinating destinations within minutes: the picturesque lakeside promenade of Ascona is just 5 minutes away by car, as is Monte Verità and its Foundation, a center dedicated to conferences, meetings, and cultural activities. Just 7 minutes away is also the Ascona Lido, perfect for a relaxing day. The city of Locarno – with the famous Piazza Grande, home of the prestigious Locarno Film Festival – the Locarno-Muralto lakeside promenade, shopping streets, restaurants, the Lido, and its well-kept green spaces, is easily reachable in about 10 minutes. From Locarno’s tourist port, boats depart to explore the main towns on Lake Maggiore. In about 20 minutes, you’ll reach the Verzasca Dam, an ideal starting point for scenic treks along the river, through charming villages and crystal-clear waters. Finally, Lugano is easily reachable in about 45 minutes by car.

How to get there:

By car, take the Bellinzona South exit from the A2 highway and follow your GPS. You’ll reach the apartment in about 20 minutes.

By train, from Locarno station, take bus No. 7 towards “Losone, Caserma” and get off at the “Losone, Posta” stop (12 stops, about 13 minutes). Walk about 3 minutes to reach the property.
