Javier who I believe is security was very pleasant and welcoming. Once in the hotel the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall the experience was incredible and the hotel was very clean and nice.

Great Location

Great stay at a mall location. The bellboy/security is very helpful and friendly. Front desk does their job and good. The room is great with the expectation of the thin walls. Bed was good and the bare minimum of essentials. Location is great in the mall and restaurants.

One of the best things in this hotel is that, it is next to a big mall. You will find everything, you find in USA. All types of brands. Also, you have different food options just by walking a few steps from the hotel. The front desk is willing to help you to call a taxi for you to take you anywhere. It is definite that if we go back to “Los Mochis” we will stay at this hotel.

Just like most large hotels there is a lot of noise between contiguous rooms, and even from the hallway. The rooms are not very large, but well designed. Same thing with the bathroom. Overall, very clean and comfortable. It is contiguous to a shopping mall, where there are many food and clothing options
