"Hotel room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Booked the privilege room expecting service to be better, but ran into multiple problems over the course of the stay that the hotel staff were able to work with me on. Just know... 1. There is a rental car site on property, but hours aren't consistent. 2. Cabs can only be requested through concierge from hotel to destination. Then, it's up to you find your own way back. 3. Reservations are 100% necessary and some restaurants are overbooked. 4. Upon check-in, you can start your dining package right away. 5. Luggage assistance is only available at check-in and then you have to carry your own luggage back to reception to check out."

"What a lovely villa, nice, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The host kept us well informed of anything we needed to know( like pool cleaning.) Plenty of instructions for everything so well informed. We will be booking again, that is a fact. Just one minor and that is the parking, its a very tight place to get into if there are cars in the 2 spaces opposite, so not much chance with a large car. We managed ok we only had a jeep. But apart from that, all was fabulous. Thank you for letting stay in your home. Simon and Jan "

"A beautiful, modern villa in a peaceful location. Lovely to find some chilled wine and some apple juice waiting for us, on our arrival.We loved that it was really quiet and relaxing but only 10 mins walk to a range of restaurants. The villa was very well equipped - there was absolutely nothing lacking.(Even down to herbs, spices and cooking oil.) The wi-fi and TV were excellent too. We could still watch UK TV!We felt the pillows and mattresses were a little “tired” but everything else was great!Host v helpful and quick to respond."

"The apartment had everything you need, modern, clean and tidy, and the kitchen was well equipped. A great welcome pack was there on arrival, which included milk, water and a lovely box of chocolates. It was about 10 minutes from the local shops, bars, restaurants and the nearest bus stop. The roof terrace had 360 degree views including the red mountain and sea. The location was peaceful and quiet. The only thing we could see as an improvement would be to have cushions for the sun beds."

"Fabulous property, so much space, very well catered for in terms of seating, amenities and kitchen equipment. Great correspondence with owner. Perfect baby facilities but could probably do with a baby bath option too. Pool perfect temp. So many restaurants close by too. A perfect break and great first holiday for a 6month old "

"We had a fantastic time and the Villa was lovely. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The location was perfect for us - a peaceful, residential area, but easy to get down to Playa Blanca by car or get onto the main route for exploring the island. It is truly Bella vista, with an elevated outlook and the most beautiful sun rises. "
