Welcome to Casa Wen!

This 3 bedroom luxurious condo is located in the exclusive brand new complex Soleado! You will love the location as you are right on the beach and have access to amenities such as community pool, and occasionally restaurant/bar on site- open from 9 am to 5 pm, closed Tuesday. This property is exactly what you are looking for - the Perfect Cabo Vacation!

Everything in Casa Wen is brand new from the furniture, bedding, to all of the appliances! You will love the unobstructed view of the ocean that you can see from the hallway walking into the condo. How amazing to be able to sit in the living room or on the terrace and watch the sunrise!

The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal at home.

You will have WIFI available as well.

The property is located in San Jose del Cabo and is about a 15 minute walk to the grocery store La Comer or about a 25 minute walk into downtown San Jose del Cabo. There is a wide selection of restaurants to pick from as well as shopping! You can also take an Uber or taxi for those days that you don't want to walk.

Don't miss out on this great opportunity to stay at Casa Wen and have the best vacation ever! Enjoy resort style living while in the privacy of your own vacation rental home!

Please note that the restaurant on site is independently owned, so it could be closed on more days than Tuesday. Please note that the jacuzzi in the community is currently not being heated, this is operated by the HOA.

Wonderful beach vacation
Our family of six greatly enjoyed our stay at Soleado. This was precisely the on-the-beach vacation we were looking for. The on-site staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the unit was as-described and photographed. We loved being right on the beach and spent much of our days alternating between hanging out poolside and lounging on the cushioned seating on the sand. We even spotted whales spouting in the distance from our unit. There were a couple of restaurant options within walking distance and the Soleado poolside bar was open and serving food (they were going out and picking it up from elsewhere), which was hugely convenient. We certainly won't hesitate to return.

We throughly enjoyed the 3BR/2B unit. The morning views were so beautiful every morning and the unit was central to both San Jose and the beautiful swimmable beaches nearby.

Cabo Beach/Surf condo
The condo is a new development on the beach. Very cool lobby and condos. The location is amazing right in front of Zippers. This was perfect to just walk out and paddle out. All of the people we spoke to owned units in the building and were very nice. Infinity pool and jacuzzi overlook the beach so you can stare out on the beach while sipping a drink in the pool/jacuzzi. Pablo from property management group was really nice. Greeted us with beer and margaritas, showed us the ins and outs of the property and met us on the day of departure to help us load our car. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and great service
We could see the whales breaching from our deck every day. We took advantage of the arrival services and come to the condo with a fully stocked with groceries and margaritas waiting for us. I highly recommend staying there
