The first room assigned had a very strong smoke smell. We had requested non-smoking! The second room was clean and clear of smoke smell. The bed was comfortable. Ground floor room was on the freeway side of the building, but noise was not a problem.NO COFFEE in room.

I absolutely recommend Vagabond Inn in Hacienda Heights, CA!! The people at the front desk will greet you and welcome you with a smile. Everyone is professional and efficient. It was a decent stay the rooms were clean but very outdated towel holders were hanging by a thread I was afraid to touch it because it would probably fall off. But the staff was great and very helpful.

I had to cancel my reservation last minute, so I called the hotel to notify them. I knew my reservation was nonrefundable, but the hotel staff advised me to call Expedia to inquire about a refund anyway. So I did and was issued a complete refund!
