建物の構造以外は素敵
フロントの対応や清潔感、歩いて3分以内にスーパーマーケットやファストフード店が多くあり、とても良かったです。 ただ唯一壁が薄く、外の足音や歩くことで部屋全体も揺れるのが嫌でした。

ユニバーサルスタジオのチケットをプリントアウトしておらずスタッフに尋ねるとすぐ対応してくれました。 ここのスタッフは優秀です。 各部屋に冷蔵庫があるわけではありません。 徒歩圏内で11次までやっているスーパーがあり便利でした。 サンタモニカ、ハリウッド、ロングビーチと言う主要箇所のアクセスが非常に良かったです。

以前に宿泊した時より部屋がきれいになっており、快適だった。 ただし部屋に冷蔵庫が無く、隣接するモールで買った食材を保存・冷蔵することが出来なかったのは残念。 空港からのアクセスも簡単で、アナハイム、ダウンタウン/ハリウッド方面へも行きやすくため、安価な宿を探している、車で多方面に行きたい人には良いと思います。

安宿ですが悪くないです
ホテルは寝るだけということであれば十分です。部屋のクリーニングも問題無いですし、広さも十分。簡単な朝食(シリアル、ベーグル、バナナ等)も付いてますし、毎日1人1本のPETボトルの水もサービスです。車は必須。

First off, they have a $200 security charge four our 3 night stay. Don't expect normal pillows on the beds. They used pillows that are just squares (imagine cutting a normal one in half) The fan in the bathroom doesn't help at all with keeping the moisture out of the rest of the room. By the time 2 of us finished our showers, the entire room was very humid and our clothes smelled moldy. The bathroom door handle was broken and the entire door rubbed against the frame so you had to shove it open with your shoulder or foot to get it to let you out. All of the outlets except for the one by the bathroom were loose and didn't work. As soon as you would plug something in, the plug would immedialty fall out. 2 stars overall, better than sleeping in your car I guess.

Considering where its located, the place was surprisingly well kept. My room was clean and free from funky smells, and located right next to my parking spot. Not many amenities, no breakfast, fridge, or microwave. If your looking for a decent place to stay in that area I can recommend this travel lodge.

Website states its microwaves and refrigerators available by request. I asked for a microwave and never really received one. I was asked did I want room service or just towels, I said just towels, never got them. Website also states free bottle water, when I asked for a bottle of water I was told to buy some at vending machine. It’s a $200 deposit, and for what, it’s not even a frig or microwave. It’s a grocery store next door but did no good when I couldn’t keep food in the room so I had to buy food that taste good cold or leave back out to buy fast food for dinner. I have NEVER stayed at a Hotel/ Motel without a mini refrigerator. If these services are no longer available they need to update the website I had to buy three meals a day for 3 days, not to mention I had a one year baby with me that had other needs. I would rate this place with a 6 pre check in was horrible staff member was rude, but other than things mentioned it was a great place.

when checking in, we were surprised they require a substantial $200 deposit (which is more than the room amount and more than any other hotel we have stayed at). we booked via third party so there was no advanced notice. in addition, the key card reminds people to collect Wyndham points, but when we asked, we were told to contact Wyndham.

Pleasant Place to Stay
I have stayed at this hotel regularly for the past 13 years and have noticed the upgrades and we are very appreciative of them. We stayed in room 104 during this trip and there were no issues with the room. The only gripe I have is the lack of water pressure for showering. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating and the house keeper who I asked to unlock the ice dispenser each morning was also very nice and accommodating. This place is located just around the corner from where we visit so it is very convenient for us. It is also close to shopping and there is an unlimited choice of dinning close by. For what you pay to stay here, I think it is a great deal.

Our aim is to provide a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay, and we sincerely apologize that our hospitality and attention to detail left something to be desired in this case - this is very unlike us. All of our linen is washed thoroughly prior to a new guest checking in, but unfortunately, some stains are very difficult to remove. We wish you had made our staff aware of the bedding issue, as it would have enabled them to provide you with better replacements. We will, however, ask our housekeeping manager to ensure that stained linen is removed from circulation. Our maintenance team has also been alerted to your comments so that they can take immediate action to address the issue you have highlighted with the shower. Lo malo es que por políticas o no se que del hotel querían la persona que me atendió que tenía que tomar 2 cuartos Porq éramos 5 personas aclaró q eran mis 3 hijas menores de edad (13,10 y 2 años) y mi esposo, lo cual se me hizo absurdo Porq solo podíamos estar máximo 4 en el cuarto, anteriormente ya me había hospedado hay y no había tenido ningún problema

It was cheap which was good. Otherwise meh, you get what you pay for. A bit dirty and run down. It's next to plaza Mexico which is nice. There is lots of good mexican food there. If your budget allows, I would recommend paying more for a nicer place but otherwise it does the job.

The room was clean enough to sleep and take a shower. But the rooms are not worth more than 100$ a night. Our room was so noisy that out of the two nights that we stayed we couldn’t get a good night sleep. We try to get help to move to a more quieter room but the staff was unhelpful. They didn’t believe that our room was noisy. There were holes in the wall, and you can hear everything from out outside to what’s behind the walls.
