Welcome to your home away from home! in accordance with California rental law, we are required to sign a lease agreement with tenants for rentals surpassing 28 days. Additionally, For stays exceeding 28 days, we kindly request our guests to cover utility costs during their visit. Security Deposit：

A security deposit of $1,000 is required for long-term stays. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in its original condition. We trust you will treat the space as if it were your own, and in return, we will ensure your deposit is returned promptly after your departure.

To keep you connected during your stay, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy uninterrupted access to work online, stream your favorite shows, or plan your next day’s adventures!
