ホテルはおしゃれです。
サービスは全体的によかったが、夜が八度しかないのに ヒーターがつかず寒い冷房しかなくて、部屋の中でダウンですげ過ごさないといけなかったのが辛かった。夏はいいけど、 部屋が暖かくなるといいです。 ホテルはおしゃれで素敵でした！

フロントの対応最高です。スタンダードから一泊1万ちょっとでスイートに切り替えできます。バルコニー付きで広くて、綺麗で最高にくつろげました。 プールもお洒落な人がいっぱいきています。 また隣のホテル内のバーは一度行かれてください。デミームーアがオープン当初絡んだらしく健康的なスイーツも堪能できます。 水圧問題なし タオルもスリッパも追加のお願いしたら快くうけてくれて、2日目は追加した分の枚数をセッティングするプロ根性 向かいの韓国料理美味しいです。 隣のステーキも有名で美味しい。 また歩いて行けるところに丸亀製麺が食べれます。日本食食べたければお手軽です。

とにかくおしゃれ！
英語が少ししか理解できずにいると、すぐに日本語対応できるスタッフがきてくれたので、安心して滞在できました！ 部屋やロビーはとにかくおしゃれでした！ 初日の夜にはとても素敵なチョコレートがプレゼントされました！

場所：ロデオドライブも近く，徒歩圏内にビバリーセンター，ビバリーコネクション等のショッピングや松久等のグルメもあり。とてもよい。 部屋：清潔で広く快適。但し，部屋によってはバスタブはない。 全体：落ち着いていて静か。 欠点：プールは水浴び場で泳げはしない。また，サンオイルがぷかぷか浮いていて不潔。ここだけはいただけない。

快適
広さもほどよく、ベッドスペースを除いて大きいスーツケースが２つ開いて置くことができました。荷物の出し入れがストレスなくできます。WiFi も会員登録すれば無料で使用できます。ケトル、電子レンジも希望すれば部屋で使えます。不満といえばライトが暗いことだけでしたが、これもフロアーランプを入れてもらい解決しました。隣には牛角もあり洋食に飽きた時には便利です。

場所がいい以外褒めようがないホテル
5日間泊まりましたが、設備、サービスが余りにもひどく非常に不服でした。 設備はオシャレを意識しているのでしょうがあまりにも使いづらくどの年代、どの国の人間でも満足出来るとは思えない代物。サービスは体調不良につき二日連続でルームサービスでお湯を頼んだのにも関わらず、結局来ませんでした。プールバーでのサラダとサンドイッチのオーダーに30分以上かかり、一階での朝食パンケーキも同様。二度と泊まりませんし誰にも進めません。ちなみに、私達家族は海外生活も長い為英語の問題は一切なかったのにこれです。

さすがビバリーヒルズ！
１時過ぎのチェックインだったが部屋へ通してもらえた。ドアマンも優しく、通る度に声をかけてくれた。部屋は鏡張りでびっくりも、清潔で、文句なし。夜にはサービスで果物や水を届けてくれた。

It is absolutely Expedia's fault for giving inappropriate star to these hotels. This hotel should be a 3 star hotel at best. If it is graded correctly they there wont be any surprise. The issue is that the Expedia categories these hotels 5 star and when guests arrive they have issue accepting the level 9f cleanliness and servixes of these hotels.

We enjoyed our time in SLS hotel. We stayed in 5 nights, they upgraded our room upon arrival which was great. Room was clean and quiet. Parking is only Valet and was 70$ per night which was expensive also WiFi is surcharge

Property did not meat expectations. Rooms were not very clean and outdated. For the cost of almost $500 per night, you have to add $70 for parking per night. Wifi is also for a fee. Not a great experience for the cost.

My second stay here, centrally located to everything that is Beverly Hills. A quiet boutique style hotel that even offers a speakeasy room service is very quick. Their menu is fantastic. You must their breakfast! It’s become a home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooftop pool was a huge hit with our daughter. Valet parking was easy and you can come and go as you please. Rooms were very clean.

Loved and Enjoyed everything about this Hotel. Specially the front desk staff, the valet, the Restaurants. The food, both the taste, the presentation and the services at the restaurants were phenomenal. Overall, the service at SLS Hotel supersedes ANY Hotel in Beverly Hills! The location was excellent. It was close, walking distance. Would definitely book a stay again ANYTIME!

My stay was so comfortable and soothing! Mireille from the concierge is an angel! She took such good care of us and was so so thoughtful! Alex from the reception as well was so joyous and helpful! Honestly the staff made our stay worthwhile. Would definitely come back!
