Difficult to get info re car parking, as NO street parking available.
Owner said my phone did not allow text message but got messages from others Ok. Unit needs a good dusting. Checked out 3 days before our 6 day stay

Quite good, but with a bit of attention could be really good
Good location, nice spacious apartment, but needs better equipment.
2 chairs are not enough, if more than two people are staying.
Couch is very tired and needs replacing.
Only 1 knife in kitchen!

Not as described on posted listing
This is my first time booking on homeaway. There needs to be better renters protection from homeAway. The owner was unwilling to work with me to find a solution to the problems in the apartment. The said amenities were not there. Wall paper peeling off the walls. The Ac was not working. I read the reviews left by others and wonder if they are even real. Some reviews stated how comfy the furniture was. This simply was not the case. I inquired about canceling and when she wasn’t receptive to that. I didn’t ask for cancelation. I left the apartments ac on and left in hopes of it finally working when I returned. Upon my arrival back to her unit, she was already inside the apartment with another gentleman. I was not notified she would even be entering the premises. Is this even allowed? She would not allow me inside. I was then told that the property was no longer available to me and she refused a refund.
After going through homeAway support I managed to get a small partial refund of what I paid. Which was far from what I did spend. I felt that this was unfair. So before you do your reservation, just be aware of what you may be getting into. Also the pictures in the listing are stretched or something making the bathroom for example much bigger than it really actually is.
I don’t like leaving reviews that aren’t good. But the way the situation was handled, I feel I have no choice. This women was belligerent to be accusing me of being a prostite and a scammer. However, I feel I am the one who was scammed by her not giving me a full refund and not allowing me to complete my reservation.

Great location
Lillia was an excellent host. We had trouble with the lockbox password upon our arrival and Lillia quickly resolved the issue. The condo was cozy and just right for my husband and me. It was located just steps from Ventura Blvd and only minutes to all area attractions. We will definitely stay here when we vacation in the area again!

Terrible
No service! When we arrived...first the towels smelled strangely and were in dust and the towels were at the balcony not in the bathroom as said! No renovations! Furniture and blankets are very old and plus the smell of the apartment is really weird! This place is not the center of Los Angeles as advertised! The apartment occupation is very old again! Also, the money we payed we were not satisfied!

Loved it, but there were dirty dishes in the sink when we showed up.
Property was beautiful. For a new person staying, please make sure everything is clean. Dirty dishes were in the sink and we had to sweep.
