House itself not impressive
Location is great, but the remodel done to this property is very cheap and poor work you can't detect in the photos. Everything from the cords to the cheap plastic sheets being used for blinds coming out of a hole in the cieing. The light switches work half the time and there's a delay when touching them, the lights are so bright at night it's like a hospital room, no ambient mood lighting at all. The Maimon Group did offer us a full refund when we called and told them we were totally unimpressed with the property and had no desire to stay, so thankfullt we were dealing with a company with ethics, but if you want actual luxury this property is not it. Very, very cheap and poor workmanship on every square inch of this home. The maser bedroom is totally uninviting. This is a great property to have a pool party in the day time, but not a property to relax at in the evenings at all. The lighting situation is horrific.
