Beautiful quiet area

This property was exactly what we were looking for in LA. It was quiet, safe and in a location where we could easily walk to the beach. We loved seeing the sea lions in the Marina and we found a great coffee shop within walking distance to have breakfast at each morning. Although the property has a kitchen it isn’t well stocked with cooking utensils, but we ate out the whole time so it was fine on our end.

Peace and quiet

Recommend to send check-in procedures at least 3-days prior. Recommend clarity on some amenities. Even so, a very good fit for our needs and I would stay again. Not sure if it was the time of year we rented - but March was quiet in the Condo and quiet in the Marina. We loved being able to walk to Brizo Restaurant, walk to Marina Del Ray Farmer Market, walk the marina pathway, walk to a boat tour and see the marina sunset & local sea lions. Bonus was the easy, on-site parking and close-by grocery and retail stores. It was exactly what we needed for a get-a-way. The condo was clean, spacious rooms and had all the utility to feel like home. Thank you for renting and giving us a place to R&R so far away from home.

Beautiful place, great location

The place was so clean, the view was beautiful, and it was centrally located. I would totally stay here again, Dino was a fantastic host.

Gute Lage , Apartment mit kleinen Mängel

Lage war sehr gut , Parkplatz direkt im Parkhaus . Ausblick direkt in den Hafen . Betten waren ok. Wasserdruck in Dusche und Wasserhahn gering. Für 6 Personen nicht geeignet. Fehlendes Geschirr (Teller ) nur für 4 Personen. Leider keine Terrassemöbel.
