$33 guest amenity fee and $50 parking fee? Got in at 830 pm went to bed and left at 6 AM for an amenity fee? took forever to park the car and worse to get it the next day. will never stay there again

Key did not work - had to twice go downstairs to get it finally done t work. Ask for standard housekeeping and was told it was done automatically. Came back to the room in late afternoon, no one had come. The door to the bathroom did not close properly. It was a sliding door and there was a gap every time you tried to close it. And then there were fees on top of fees - this is after we prepaid via Expedia.

The suite we stayed in was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We needed the bed made up late and it was done right away.

The area is great. The location of the hotel in relation to UCLA campus is convenient. However, the sleeping accommodations are sub-par. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and hard, old. Leave much to be desired. The room with 2 beds is super cramped and the double beds are impossible to sleep on. Really bad, actually, especially at this price point. Felt like we were sleeping in the dorm room. Impossible to sleep with AC, as AC sounds like a massive generator that supports a small factory. Extremely loud, unbelievable. Highly suggest a hotel manager tires sleeping in room 1120 to see just how unbelievably unbearble it was. Some of the staff members are good, but some are sub-par and not helpful nor caring. Will definitely stay at a different property next time.

Staff was not helpful in securing room by preference despite selection ahead of time. Bed and especially pillows are uncomfortable (no support). No complimentary water in room. Shower pressure is poor, and temperature control is not gradual enough. I've had better stays in cheap hotels.

Understaffed & slow service
Property is clearly understaffed, as housekeeping only serviced our room once during a 3 day stay. The food at the restaurant is actually quite good, but everyone is served at different times, and for one meal my wife’s order came out 10 minutes after the rest of our party.

Favorite LA hotel
We love this hotel. Great location. Everything is clean and comfortable. But what makes it special is the downstairs area with lots of games - pool, Pac-Man, connect 4, etc. and great food, for both breakfast and dinner.
