They kept the rooms clean in terms of cleaned beds and towel service. But everything else was bad. Are room had ants gathering in the shower faucet and would spew out water and ants I had to kill every morning. There were lots of little hairs and dust in corners of the room and wall. Our bathroom sink pipes were even leaking. Would not recommend staying here?

Staff performed very professional. Rooms were very clean. However, the jetted tub did not work. It was the reason I chose the Hacienda. They did move Us into another room. It was not as nice as the room I payed for and it's jetted tub worked but, it took an hour and half to fill it... water pressure was so low due to a malfunctioning tub valve..

The staff was amazing. Only thing that made this room terrible was it smelled like cigarette, the bathroom had so much mold and cracks on the counter sink, the tile floors were super dirty, & previous guest hair was on the bed & towels. What you pay for is what you get. I suggest paying a little more elsewhere if you want a goodnight sleep. Other than that the staff were super friendly.

The pictures on the website looks all pretty and luxury, inside the room it felt like a hit and quit type room, the microwave on the fridge was just crazy, I went to iron my shirt and the iron is broken, the place was hot. I turned on the ac and was blowing hot air, I went to take a shower and the knob was broken, I checked out within 5 minutes of being here, I will say the front desk was very kind and understanding, but definitely below one star
