There was a minor mishap when checkin in but Marco was Wonderful and prompt in helping us get situated asap! Other staff could be a little friendlier and welcoming but otherwise it was great!

We stayed bed the night before our recent cruise. The hotel is very clean and easy to walk to dining options. Kids enjoyed the pool and yard games. Highly recommend!

The staff were helpful and friendly. I loved both ladies at the front desk. Overall I had a great stay, I just noticed maybe the room is me not used much. There were a couple of old ripped sheets (clean though!). Nothing we could not sleep through. Overall great value. Parking was EASY!!!!

The elevator slammed into my arm as I was getting on, and left a dark, baseball size bruise. The doors didn't have a sensor to make it stop when something is in the way. Also, there was no ice machine, and we had to go to the lobby to get ice. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and staff was very pleasant. The elevator is dangerous, and someone could get seriously injured.

Love the location and the breakfast and having a kitchenette in the room. A great hotel for families. My children were excited every morning for breakfast. One thing that would be awesome is for breakfast to have some turkey, chicken or beef sausage/bacon as it was always pork and many people don’t eat pork.

Family trip to Long Beach before our cruise. Both pool and hot tub are under construction and not working. Sent to a sister property about 5-10 mins away and the pool and hot tub were tiny and not heated. No other options available. Bummed kids. Breakfast was pretty good though.

Every staff member I spoke to was very personable & helpful. My only complaints are that none of the ice machine worked & the pillows on the beds were not comfortable. We both woke up with stiff necks & I woke with a headache.

Customer Service Could use an Improvement
For the price of this hotel, the service provided when reporting a problem with the room was very disappointing. I got a text right after check in asking if our room was ok and I reported that there was a very large section of carpet outside the bathroom that was soaking wet and I was concerned there might be a leak. They asked if it was ok to send someone up and I said yes please and no one ever showed up. As there was 5 of us in the room, we stayed up in the living room waiting for maintenance to show up and when we finally got a knock on the door at 10:15 it was not maintenance but someone who worked at the hotel telling us that quiet hours were in effect and we needed to be quiet. We were not loud by any means, just talking in the living room. I then reported this issue the next morning and was just told “hmmmm, I’ll chat with the staff from last night to see what happened”. On the positive side, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and the shuttle driver from the airport was an amazing lady.
